follows these aims:
- To exercise and promote all activities connected to radio-telecommunications, in particular ham radio (amateur radio and short wave listening) either for abled or disabled persons, with equal opportunities and dignity, promoting authonomy and independence of the disabled.
- To research and experiment new devices in the field of radio communications in order to allow disabled persons overcome their handicap.
- To gather and co-ordinate all spontaneous groups formed in preceding experiences.
and has given itself these tasks
- Integration and partnership between abled, disabled and/or seniors, in order to overcome social and cultural barriers.
- Spreading with all possible media the culture of the differently abled, the problems related to such a condition, with its often positive fallouts on the social and cultural environment and promotion of a positive consideration of the disabled.
- Generation of a higher consideration and interest towards either winter or summer Paralympic Games, particularly offering a further opportunity to let people know of sporting activities performed by disabled persons, and offering the disabled a further opportunity of integration not only social but also physical, therapeutic and recreational, stressing the benefits obtained by performing sporting activities, not only agonistic.

inspired by the principles of human solidarity does not admit racial, lingual, national, sexual or religious discrimination, does not follow aims opposed or in competition with other ham radio, short wave listening or volunteer associations in general.
